Hi Jack:

Thank you as well, we had a blast.  I want to compliment you and your staff for a great day charter over to Anguilla.  As a person with a great deal of Caribbean travel and business interest, I am familiar with the difficulties of arranging charters and the like while stateside.  As I mentioned to you, your prompt response, ease of access, and willingness to work with our specific requests made it a pleasure doing business with you and we will surely see you again.  Clearly, as a participant in the service industry, I always recognize organizations that understand that service is about meeting client needs and not the other way around.  It was a pleasure!  Your boat was a great piece of equipment and everything you promised.  Your Captain was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was also very accommodating.  Finally, I can speak for everyone in our crew in saying that you're an all around nice guy and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great day.  We can sum it all up by saying that our experience exceeded our expectations in every way......we have made new friends in Anguilla!  Thanks again and get back to us with those dates for in May.
